Welcome to Tender Universe. By registering a profile, subscribing to premium plans, or using our bidding assistance packages, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Registration and Account Quotas
Sellers are responsible for keeping their mobile login OTP codes and profile configurations secure. Subscribers are granted views and downloads quotas based on their plan:
- Free Plan: Limited daily searches and restricted bid document downloads.
- Premium Plan: Full access to documents, custom keywords alerts, and priority helpdesk assistance.
2. Prohibited Database Scraping
Tender Universe values its proprietary aggregation mechanisms and database structures. The use of automated scripts, crawlers, scrapers, or browser-based bots to download data packets is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious botting activity will lead to immediate IP blocklisting and subscription cancellation.
3. Billing, Subscriptions, & Refunds
Subscription fees for plans are billed in advance based on the days period (e.g. 30 days, 90 days, 180 days). Fees are non-refundable once the subscription is active and credits have been assigned to your account. Cancellation of auto-renewal can be performed at any time from your profile dashboard settings.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
Tender Universe acts as a public tender aggregator. We make every effort to display accurate dates, categories, and bid details. However, we are not liable for errors in bid documentation, cancelled tenders, extension delays, or changes made by official government portals. Bidders are advised to double-check closing requirements on the official authority portal before submission.
