We guarantee that all information shared during bid preparation is protected with institutional-grade security.
1. Secure Isolation & File Integrity
Any documentation uploaded for bid review or technical folder compilation is stored in secure, isolated storage buckets. Only the dedicated bidding advisor assigned to your account has access to these files. Once the bid submission is confirmed or the project is closed, all client documents are permanently purged from our staging servers within 14 business days.
2. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
To solidify our commitment, Tezark Technologies provides a standardized Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for all corporate clients subscribing to enterprise bidding packages. This legally binds both parties to absolute confidentiality before any files or credentials are exchanged.
3. Ethical Bidding: No Conflicts of Interest
We adhere to strict ethical standards. If multiple registered users are preparing bids for the exact same government tender reference number:
- We assign separate, independent consulting representatives to each seller.
- We enforce absolute firewall separation between the compilation files of competing vendors.
- No pricing details, financial schedules, or technical templates are cross-shared under any circumstances.
4. Employee Compliance
Every bid compiler, support representative, and advisor at Tezark Technologies signs a rigorous confidentiality compliance contract upon employment. Any breach of client confidentiality results in immediate termination and legal action.
